# Weekly Household Reset

A 15-minute Sunday routine: Plan, List, Route. Write your Household Briefing once, then reuse it every week.

## 1. Household Briefing (fill in once)

## Ready-to-paste prompts

**Plan:**

```
[PASTE HOUSEHOLD BRIEFING]
Here's roughly what we have: [STOCK NOTES].
Plan [NUMBER] dinners for the coming week, using mostly what we already have.
Respect our busy nights: [TIGHT EVENINGS]. For each dinner give me the name, a
one-line description, and the rough time. Then list only the extra items we'd
need to buy.
```

**List and Route in one go:**

```
Here are the extra ingredients: [PASTE EXTRAS]. Here is my running list of
other things we're low on: [PASTE NOTES]. Combine them into one shopping list,
remove duplicates, group by store section, and put anything uncertain in a
"check at home first" group. Then group these errands into as few trips as
possible and flag anything with a deadline I should confirm: [ERRANDS]
```

## How to use this in 10 minutes

1. (3 min) First time only: fill in the briefing. After that, just update it when life changes.
2. (2 min) Glance at the fridge and jot the stock.
3. (5 min) Run Plan, then List and Route. If a dinner does not suit you, reply "swap Tuesday for something with pasta" in the same chat instead of starting over.

Meal ideas are general household planning, not nutrition or medical advice. If anyone has allergies or a medical diet, follow your doctor's or dietitian's rules and add them to the briefing as non-negotiables. Store hours and pickup windows are things the assistant cannot see, so confirm them yourself.
