Why we teach outcomes first, not tools

Draft post. Placeholder so the blog and RSS render end-to-end. Replace with real launch content.

Every big AI course teaches its own product. The Claude courses teach Claude, the OpenAI courses teach ChatGPT, Google teaches Gemini, Microsoft teaches Copilot. That's useful once you know what you want to build — but it's backwards for most people.

We start from the outcome: automate your Monday, stop drowning in email, plan the trip without ten tabs. Then we work backward to whichever tool fits — sometimes that's a chat assistant, sometimes a no-code automation, sometimes nothing at all.

That's the whole idea: outcomes first, tools second, vendor-neutral. More soon.
